Terms of Service

1. License Grant

FlowMatriX grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Install and use the Software on your own NinjaTrader 8 (NT8) instance(s).
• Use the Software for personal trading or analysis only.

You may not:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute the Software (including source or compiled code).
• Use the Software on multiple users’ machines without a separate license per user.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software (except where expressly permitted by law).

2. Free Trial (10-Day Evaluation)

• FlowMatriX may offer a 10-day free trial of the Software.
• The trial is full-featured but expires automatically after 10 calendar days from first activation.
• To continue using the Software after the trial, you must purchase a valid license.
• FlowMatriX reserves the right to limit trial eligibility (e.g., one trial per user/machine).

3. Intellectual Property

• All rights, title, and interest in the Software remain exclusively owned by FlowMatriX.
• You acquire no ownership rights—only a limited usage license.
• Unauthorized copying or distribution constitutes copyright infringement.

4. No Financial Advice

• The Software is for informational and technical analysis purposes only.
• FlowMatriX does not provide trading, investment, or financial advice.
• Past performance ≠ future results. Trading involves high risk of loss.

5. No Warranty

• The Software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind (express or implied).
• FlowMatriX disclaims all liability for:
  • Trading losses, data errors, or platform incompatibilities.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• You use the Software at your own risk.

6. License Revocation

FlowMatriX may terminate your license immediately if you:

• Breach these Terms.
• Attempt to bypass trial expiration or license validation.
• Use the Software for commercial redistribution, automated trading services, or multi-user setups without written permission.

Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Software.

7. Updates & Support

• Updates are optional and not guaranteed.
• Support is provided at FlowMatriX’s discretion (typically via email or Discord).
• Support does not include customization, bug fixes for NT8 platform issues, or third-party conflicts.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, unless prohibited by mandatory consumer protection law.
